Child Soldier Protocol and Violation of Human Rights

 

Child  Soldiers :

The world has changed so many colors and changed so many robes till today. The pharaohs of the past boiled the children alive, nurtured them with spears. These children lined up in front of the enemy do not even know the meaning of enmity. Often these children fall into the hands of opposing groups while spying and endure the worst violence or are killed.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       And often they are recruited just for the sake of sexual gratification. Not only boys, but also girls are being used for this purpose who also give birth to the children of these soldiers on the fronts, and also perform other services by tying these children around their waists.                                                                                                                 

                                                                                                                Often these children are placed at the forefront of military operations, and this is called men checking so that if any explosives are planted or there is a sudden attack, these children will be exposed and the rest of the soldiers will be safe.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

Violations of Human Right:Although the United Nation  and Human Rights Watch have raised their voices against such gross violations of human rights, they have proved to be nothing more than the sound of a parrot in a cage, and today the situation is worse than in previous years.                                                                                                                                                                                    According to the United Nation in 14 countries, including Afghanistan , India , Congo , Iraq ,  for meager wages.                                                                                                                           Afghan refugee children in Iran are being recruited into the Syrian war as a part of the Syrian army and are 14 years old or younger. Their little minds have been shaken and the fear of attack all the time has put their sweet sleep to eternal sleep.Siblings are also targeted for murder.                                                                                                                                               What will these young children, who have settled under the smell of gunpowder, prove to be nothing more than a declaration of great destruction for the world in the time to come?    The human values ​​that time demands, even if they had to step into the world of  Taisi in their childhood where they had neither bread to eat nor clean water to drink.                                                                                                                                                                           Congo :  In the Congo, young children are still serving in the military and feeding their families. • To recruit children into the army or to make them fighters In 2000, an organization formed by the UN Security Council, the Children and the Armed Conflict, introduced an agreement under which it is not permissible for a state to enlist children under the age of 18 in the army.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     States will take all possible measures against the recruitment of children in warring factions.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Children under the age of 18 who  are already part of the military, or armed groups will be released by all states and will focus on their physical and psychological rehabilitation so that they can be reintegrated into society.                                                                                                                                                                 Under no circumstances should there be an armed group with in the state other than armed forces, to root out the exploitation of minors.
