It
is straightforward to treat obesity due to excess body fat (not due
to any disease) and it is very easy to change your eating habits, change the menu and do some exercise
instead of taking medicine.
What is Obesity ?The human body usually converts this food into
blood sugar two hours after eating. It then uses this energy if the body needs
it, otherwise, it can be stored in different parts of the body in the form of
fat. And that's actually obesity. GI INDEX : Now another thing. Foods with high
GI INDEX. They soon become sugar (energy) in the blood and store large amounts
of them in the form of body fat instead of being used. Fix meal times and eat
selected foods. Foods that have a low GI INDEX or food that is a subject for
diabetics (SUGAR). What are they? Details of some are given below. Breakfast : OATS i.e. barley oatmeal is very useful for breakfast. Its
GI is a bit high but the fiber in it lowers fat and cholesterol. Eat it cooked
in milk and do not use sugar with it otherwise it will not be beneficial. Use
ARTIFICIAL SUGAR if you need the sweetness. This diet will
not only reduce fat but will also improve your digestive system and
increase your appetite so remember that food is food on time and eat only those
foods that lowering the GI. |

Lunch And Dinner : Salads can be eaten at lunch and dinner. Grilled chicken
or boiled chicken can also be added to it. Pulses and vegetables that have not
used oil in cooking or are used only nominally can be eaten. Or a chicken
(occasionally) that can be eaten grilled without oil. Avoid potatoes and chips.
Avoid wheat bread. If bread is to be eaten, mix basin in wheat flour. Meaning half
flour, and half basin. And you can eat this bread without oil or ghee.
There is no problem in eating 2 or 3 loaves as required. Avoid rice for the
first three weeks boiled rice, You can
use it. In the evening, vegetable soup, or fruit chart (banana, Cannabis,
apples, guavas, grapes, papayas, or fruits that are permitted for diabetics). Avoid mangoes completely. Avoid drinking water between meals and at the end. If
you want to drink water, drink water 1 hour after eating. Remember that water
at the end of a meal is associated with obesity and disease. Also, drink 8 to
12 (as much as possible) glasses of water at times throughout the day. Boiled
lentils can also be eaten and are very useful for this. It is also useful to
use some amount of walnuts and lentils. Avoid lying down immediately after
eating. Make a habit of green tea without sugar after lunch and dinner. |

Put
lemon in it and drink it. Avoid juices and sweets completely. They cause
instant obesity. If you want to add sweetness to tea, use ARTIFICIAL SUGAR instead of sugar and get in the habit of
skipping it slowly. Cardiac Exercise :Walk 3 km in 30 minutes two hours after dinner. This is
called CARDIAC EXERCISE and walking at this speed will make you sweat,
and it will not be difficult. This distance will be fixed by walking
fast so, you will not have to run away.This the most important task in the
whole process, which will bring down your weight very fast. It will
increase your stamina. It will improve blood circulation. If you exercise it on
a treadmill, you will soon notice a clear difference. If it is not
convenient then, you can walk anywhere. Walk so fast that your breath
swells and you sweat.
